The project
A content-driven platform for a study-abroad consultancy, with a CMS the team runs themselves, inquiry management, and automated lead workflows. It onboarded over a thousand students and took routine admin off the counsellors' plates.
What I delivered
- Built a responsive platform tuned for performance and for content that keeps growing.
- Reworked how inquiries are captured and routed, so counsellors spend less time on admin.
